Becoming a sponsor

Thank you for your interest in being a WABE sponsor!  A major strength of our convention is the outstanding relationship we have with and the support we receive from, our suppliers and vendors. 

There are three levels of sponsorship that a sponsor can participate in.  Each level is designed to give you maximum exposure for your contribution.  Of course, the higher the level, the greater the benefit and exposure a sponsor receives.  Please see the categories below, which outline the benefits given with each level of sponsorship.

Gold Level Sponsors

$3,000 and up

- Association with a main WABE event: Gold level sponsors 'own' a major WABE event.  Examples include meals, parts of the Hoe-Down, registration, special ceremonies, and our program.
- Preferential booth placement: Gold sponsors choose their booth space on the trade show floor before other participants.
- Banner placement: Gold sponsors have their banners hung or placed at the show floor entrance (banner to be supplied by sponsor).
- Preferential program placement:  Gold sponsors receive first mention in our WABE program, on their own page.  
- Signage: Sponsorship is displayed on signs at the event that is being sponsored.
- Delegate bags: Sponsors are permitted to place an item in the WABE delegate bag (upon approval by the executive committee).
- Sponsor tickets: Up to 4 additional tickets no charge, for the event that is sponsored.  If no event is sponsored, up to 4 additional tickets to the event of your choosing.
- WABE website: Priority logo placement above the fold on the WABE web site and convention page listing on the WABE website.
- Promotion:If the sponsorship involves a ticket, sponsor's name appear on the ticket. There will also be verbal mentions and thanks for your sponsorship occur throughout the show.

Silver Level Sponsors

$1,500 to $2,999

- Association with a secondary WABE event:  Silver level sponsors can be associated with a secondary WABE event.  Examples include coffee breaks, prizes, awards, and special events. 
- Preferential program placement:  Silver sponsors receive second mention in our WABE program, on their own page.  
- WABE website: Logo placement on the WABE website.
- WABE sponsor tickets: Up to 2 additional tickets no charge, for the event that is sponsored.  If no event is sponsored, up to 2 additional tickets to the event of your choosing.
- Signage: Sponsorship is displayed on signs at the event that is being sponsored.
- Promotion: Verbal mentions and thanks for your sponsorship occur throughout the show.

Bronze Level Sponsors

$500 to 1,500

- Preferential program placement: Bronze sponsors receive third mention in our WABE program, on their own page.
- Signage: Sponsorship is displayed on main signs throughout the WABE event.
- Promotion: Verbal mentions and thanks for your sponsorship occur throughout the show.
- WABE website: Listing on the WABE website.

Prize and Media Sponsors
